The duration of bike services, repairs and adjustments depends on the availability of parts, the workload of the shop, and the type of work required. Some repairs and adjustments can be done in 30 minutes, while some services may take up 2-3 days.
Full bike overhaul will take minimum of TWO WEEKS to complete.. We will always give you an estimate of the time before starting any work on your bike.
Detailed Summary of Full Bike Overhaul for Road and Gravel Bikes
- Pre-disassembly inspection (Check the following: chain if it needs replacement, crank for wobble or play, angle of saddle and brake levers, seat post height, tire pressure, cracks and damages, overall bike settings)
- Deep clean ultrasonic set (Derailleurs, cassette, crankset, chain, brake pads, brake calipers, brake rotors, brake levers, shifters, bolts and nuts)
- Re-lube of chain, derailleurs, brake levers, brake calipers and shifters
- Removal of rust from bolts, nuts, chain, steel cassette
- Wash and removal of dirt and grime from frame, fork, saddle, tires, rims, hubs, grips, seat post, stem
- Re-greasing of bearings, bolt threads, seat post, headset, bottom bracket
- Thread cleaning bottom bracket shell (Removal of rust, paint and dirt)
- Seat tube cleaning (Removal of rust and dirt)
- Derailleur hanger check
- Rear derailleur adjustment and indexing
- Brake adjustments
- Frameset 3-step polish using high quality compound
- Touch-ups for paint chips (Needs owner's approval)
- Torque all bolts to spec

We perform our comprehensive bike overhauls with exceptional attention to detail, which necessitates a minimum of TWO WEEKS to complete.
It all depends on how often your bike gets used, and how you use it. We recommend having your bike serviced on a yearly basis to ensure the best riding experience.
You should make an appointment through our Bike Service Booking System. This allows us to reserve time just for you, so you can arrange to drop your bike off and have it serviced right away.

For minor repairs and adjustments, we suggest our customers to come on time and may stay at the shop as soon as we finish the job. But services like bike build, spa or bike skin application would take a lot of time and may need your bike to be at the shop for 2-3 days.
Your bike will be safely stored until it is picked up.
We will send you a text message or an email if your bike is ready for collection. You can also arrange pick up through Lalamove or Transportify.
Our shop does not currently rent or sell bikes.
We do not purchase used bikes.
Donating a bike is a great way of helping the community and promoting sustainability. Bikes can be refurbished, and distributed back into the community or used for teaching.
If you would like to donate a bike, please contact us in advance.
We do not work on electric bikes under any circumstances.
Yes, our shop does assemble bikes.
A tune-up entails a thorough cleaning of the bike, spot truing of the wheels, adjustment of bearing systems, adjustment of gears and brakes, and lubrication.
